To Grow

Peel back the layers of life and you will see the desires... the longing of the heart. Sometimes the heart is reckless until it has found that which it has longed for.

We plant seeds in our life call relationships. Sometimes if the seeds are planted within the soil of faith, with an air of trust, a hope of light, watered with the essence of love, we will get roots of stability and strength.  The relationship can really blossom and bring forth fruit.

Then there are times when the hurricane of distrust sweeps in and begin to uproot some stability and strength within the core of that tree... branches begin to snap from here and there rendering some part of the tree fragile. Tears of leaves begin to fall, and you begin to feel like the hurricane is really taken you apart. Compose yourself, stop shaking for a moment and you will realise that your roots are still planted in faith and the air of trust has returned as you rely on you and the hope in yourself beams even brighter and the essence of your love for self keeps you grounded with every fibre, molecule, tissue, cell, muscle to bring you into alignment with wholeness.

This is when you embrace yourself. The tears of leaves and the broken branches are like stripping yourself of negative thoughts and allowing the positivity to sprout once more.

Only positive thoughts- new growth will help to elevate one's state of being.

  1. If your seeds are sewn in an environment conducive
of care, love and respect, they will withstand
any challenges, from the smallest rot, to the
mightiest winds. Protect the seeds, and give
them all your love and attention and they will
grow stronger than the mightiest oak tree.
    ... Namaste ....
